One to one career transitions guidance support to individuals aged 15-64 in a safe, confidential and non- judgmental environment, either in person (Winchester, Hampshire) or online via video conferencing.
Lisa will enable you to:
- Talk openly and honestly about your current situation in a confidential space
- Identify your values, talents, strengths, interests, hopes and fears
- Explore your past and present experiences of education and the world of work
- Consider new ideas or interests
- Address possible barriers in moving forward, such as skills, education, health, or finance
- Take practical steps to help you move forward
- Consider the tools to help you on your journey (CV, Interview and Job Search techniques).
Prices
Young People (Aged 15 to 24)
- Morrisby Psychometric Package: Introductory session (15 minutes), Morrisby Psychometric Profile (90 minutes), and follow up guidance session (50 minutes) – £115
- Journeys: Young Person Coaching and Mentoring Package: 4x 45 minutes over 2-4 months: £180
- Personal one to one careers guidance session (60 minutes): £75
Adults (Aged 25+)
- Journeys Career Transitions Coaching and Mentoring Package: 4x 60 minute sessions over 2-4 months: £280
- Personal one to one guidance session (60 minutes) £90
